Rooms are good and also equipped with good facilities especially availability of 24x7 water supply...all the staffs are very professional and helpful...from Kichen...Abhishek Jaryal was very prompt and possesses good manners and etiquette....Aswini from Housekeeping Deptt. is also very helpful. The place is little far-off from the main market area in Dalhousie but is quite peaceful and relaxing...the 'Valley View' Room of the hotel is awesome and has great & scenic view of the valley.

I recently stayed at Snow Castle and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with amazing valley view. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again... special Thanks to Rakesh Ji and Chainlal ji ..

Amazing experience at the hotel. Though it's outside the city (~5 kms) but that's the best part. A jungle trail where you will be able to take long walks in the wilderness. A very peaceful place to stay and the staff is very polite and courteous. The food could have been better with less oil. Overall worth the money. Location and view of the valley is breathtaking.
